These are the terms and conditions of purchase:

Prices include 21% VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter the shipping address.
In the case of payment by bank transfer or over-the-counter deposit, the order will not be shipped until we have received payment confirmation.
Cash on delivery payments incur a €4 fee, which must be added to the total purchase amount.
By purchasing from our store, you accept our privacy policy.

Return policy

Contact GAIO for inquiries about our gymnastics, yoga, pilates, and wellness products. We are here to help you. There are two reasons for returning orders or products:

Right of Withdrawal: Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, grants the Customer the right to withdraw from the order placed within fifteen days of receiving it, after notifying us by email at [info@gaio.es](mailto:info@gaio.es), with a refund of the amount paid for the order. The order must be returned with all products to be returned and in their original packaging in perfect condition. If any product is defective, GAIO will either resend the product to the customer at no additional cost or refund the cost of the defective product. The shipping costs for such a return will be borne by the customer.
Return Due to Product Defects, Transport Damage, or Shipping Errors: If, at the time of delivery, it is visibly and clearly apparent—without the need to handle the shipping or product packaging—that a product has defects caused by transport damage, or if a shipping error is similarly evident, the customer must notify GAIO by email at [info@gaio.es](mailto:info@gaio.es) within 24 hours of receiving the order in order to request the return of the affected product(s) and either a replacement with a new product or a refund of the amount paid.
